The College has been actively engaged in continuing medical education and continuing professional development since its founding in 1967. We have been accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) since 1986.
The Office of CME manages the administrative functions required for CME providership of AMA PRA Category 1 CreditTM. This is the only type of continuing education credit that we offer. As Arizona’s only MD-degree granting university, we work with our faculty and other medical educators in Arizona and elsewhere to provide a range of high-quality continuing medical education activities.
